Terms & Conditions
- A provisional booking by you will be held for 48 hours from when you contact us.
- You will need to send us your completed and signed booking form together with the deposit payment
(or full payment if within 8 weeks of your holiday departure) to secure your booking.
- Please ensure all members of your group have read our terms and conditions of booking before signing.
If you have any general enquiries about our Chalet, the Chamonix resort or bookings/reservations then please email us directly and we will be pleased to assist you. Although we provide a comprehensive package which suits the requirements for the majority of our clients we are delighted to provide a more tailored service if you need this. If you cannot get away for the whole week then we can arrange for short stay and long weekend breaks. Or perhaps you have other special requirements whilst visiting the Chalet - we are delighted to assist you in every way making your holiday even more special. Insurance
Although it is probably not on the forefront of your mind when you book your holiday, it is essential to make sure that you are well insured before you set foot on the mountain. Skiing without insurance can be an extremely emotional and costly experience should things go wrong. Because of this, it is a condition of booking that all guests must have adequate insurance cover before they travel.
If you already have your own insurance, you must make sure that the policy covers snow sports. Please ensure you bring your insurance policy details with you on holiday.
